溶藻性弧菌為海水中常見(jiàn)嗜鹽性弧菌,1973年開(kāi)始明確對(duì)人類(lèi)致
病,易污染食物,引起腹瀉及創(chuàng)傷部位感染。
創(chuàng)傷弧菌感染
創(chuàng)傷弧菌(V.vulnificus)于1964年美國(guó)CDC自腹瀉患者糞便分離
出來(lái)。該菌可自海水、貝殼類(lèi)及海魚(yú)中分離到。發(fā)病以夏季為多
。常在進(jìn)食后24h發(fā)病?;颊叽蠖嘤邪l(fā)熱、畏寒、嘔吐及腹瀉。除
經(jīng)口感染外,可經(jīng)皮膚傷口入侵而發(fā)生局部感染并引起敗血癥,
嚴(yán)重者發(fā)生DIC、休克并致死。有認(rèn)為本菌系條件致病菌,在慢性
病伴免疫功能低下者、高齡、糖尿癥、血液病患者易發(fā)生嚴(yán)重?cái)?/p>
血癥。弗尼斯弧菌感此病首先發(fā)現(xiàn)于日本及東方一些國(guó)家,其后
擴(kuò)散至西方國(guó)家。爆發(fā)流行或散發(fā)性急性胃腸炎。臨床上以腹瀉
及腹痛為主,伴惡心及嘔吐。也有嚴(yán)重致死病例報(bào)道。此菌存在
于海洋,產(chǎn)生腸毒素,為旅游者腹瀉的病原之一。桿菌一般呈正
圓柱形,也有近卵圓形的,菌體大多平直,亦有稍彎曲的,菌體
兩端多鈍圓,少數(shù)是平截狀或尖突狀。可分為單桿菌(大腸桿菌
)、雙桿菌(鼠疫桿菌)、鏈桿菌(豬痢疾桿菌)、球桿菌(多殺
性巴氏桿菌)、棒狀桿菌(白喉棒狀桿菌)、分枝桿菌(結(jié)核分枝
桿菌)、雙歧桿菌(雙歧乳桿菌)等。桿菌屬原核生物。各種桿
菌的大小、長(zhǎng)短、彎度、粗細(xì)差異較大。大多數(shù)桿菌中等大小長(zhǎng)2
~5um,寬0.3~1um。大的桿菌如炭疽桿菌(3~5um×1.0~
1.3um),小的如野兔熱桿菌(0.3~0.7um×0.2um)。菌體的形態(tài)多
數(shù)呈直桿狀,也有的菌體微彎。菌體兩端多呈鈍圓形,少數(shù)兩端
平齊(如炭疽桿菌),也有兩端尖細(xì)(如梭桿菌)或末端膨大呈
棒狀(如白喉?xiàng)U菌)。排列一般分散存在,無(wú)一定排列形式,偶
有成對(duì)或鏈狀,個(gè)別呈特殊的排列如柵欄狀或v、y、l字樣。
菌體有的挺直,有的稍彎。多數(shù)桿菌的兩端為鈍圓,亦有少數(shù)呈
方形,菌體兩側(cè)或平行、或中央部分較粗如梭狀,或有一處或數(shù)
處突出。根據(jù)其排列組合情況,也可有單桿菌,雙桿菌和鏈桿菌
之分。不過(guò)桿菌的排列特征遠(yuǎn)不如球菌那樣固定,同一種桿菌往
