流行性感冒(簡稱流感)是流感病毒引起的急性呼吸道感染,也是一種傳染性強、傳播速度快的疾病。其主要通過空氣中的飛沫、人與人之間的接觸或與被污染物品的接觸傳播。典型的臨床癥狀是:急起高熱、全身疼痛、顯著乏力和輕度呼吸道癥狀。一般秋冬季節(jié)是其高發(fā)期,所引起的并發(fā)癥和死亡現(xiàn)象非常嚴重。該病是由流感病毒引起,可分為甲(A)、乙(B)、丙(C)三型,甲型病毒經常發(fā)生抗原變異,傳染性大,傳播迅速,極易發(fā)生大范圍流行。甲型H1N1也就是甲型一種。本病具有自限性,但在嬰幼兒、老年人和存在心肺基礎疾病的患者容易并發(fā)肺炎等嚴重并發(fā)癥而導致的。
